Moments of Connection

Join us as we gather on Zoom for connection, insight, and inspiration. We started in response to the isolation of the early pandemic lockdowns. Now we continue in less-isolated times with the same focus: moving into deeper connection with our own hearts and with the hearts of each other.

Moments of Connection are offered weekly, and you can attend whenever you like, for as long as you like, for as many times as you like. It doesn’t matter if you’re happy, sad, excited, scared, grateful, hurting or feeling blessed - these moments of heartfelt connection are designed to meet you where you are.

The setting is interactive, and the format is simple - a combination of reflection and sharing, with a focus on inviting your own heart’s wisdom to guide you. There is no charge to attend. You are asked only to keep all personal sharing confidential and to honor the format parameters to keep a safe and focused environment. Martha Boston is the host and facilitator. If you’re not familiar with her work, you can read her bio here.

We gather for about an hour on Sundays at 11am Eastern. Please check for the time in your own zone. You can click here for a time zone converter.

Need a reminder for future Moments? We’ll send you a reminder each Saturday and Sunday with the timing and link for Sunday’s session.

New to Zoom? You do not need a Zoom account to attend these gatherings. Zoom requires only that you download the app on your desktop or mobile device. We have security functions in place. Click the button for some how-to’s.

It’s a good idea to sign on about 10 minutes early to make sure your connection is working, as well as your camera and microphone. An inspirational slideshow sets the tone until we begin.

There is never a fee for attending Moments of Connection. Some participants have requested a way to contribute value for value, so here is a link for that purpose. It is completely optional - there is no expectation of any contribution, although all are gratefully received.
