TOUCH-UP COACHING SESSIONS WITH MARTHA

If you’ve worked with me in the past - as a coaching client, or a participant in a workshop or seminar I’ve facilitated, or in Moments of Connection - you know that my approach is to help you find the higher wisdom and guidance within you - which I call your heart - to support you in finding your own answers, directions, solutions, inspiration, and courage to address whatever issues or opportunities are before you. That inner guidance is always available to you, but sometimes it’s hard to find, especially if your mind and emotions are working overtime. That’s when inviting in an advocate for your heart can be really helpful, and that’s what touch-up coaching is all about. These sessions are one-off, and last up to an hour and a half. The cost is whatever you feel is most appropriate to pay, with a minimum of $167. I maintain several openings a week for this kind of session, and you can book online.
