You’ve done some work to engage and receive the wisdom of your heart, and you want some extra support/insight to more fully follow your heart in getting through what your life is presenting to you right now.  You want to take charge of a long-standing pattern or deep-seated issue, and you want extended support as you unwind it and redirect your energy.  You want support between sessions to help you integrate your insights & intentions.Your program will begin with initial assessments as needed. Discovery and integration assignments between sessions are integral to the program, as is post-program action planning.  Offered via Zoom or in-person, or combination. 10 one-hour sessions with text/email support between sessions.
